I had a great Saturday, I got out, went shopping, went out to lunch, I was out all day with my husband and it sure felt good being out and not prisoner of my house!  I am having a really hard time this morning, my husband & kids want me to go to church with him and I feel that I can't handle church yet (the massive amount of people, being stuck in a building, etc.) why is it sooo hard for someone who does not suffer with panic to understand me?  I feel that if I don't go I am letting my husband & kids down, but then again my anxiety is so great that I feel that I shouldn't go and stay home even if I have to disappoint my husband & kids  - who knows - I have an hour in a half before church, we shall see what I do : (  I am going on and on with this, I need to be more positive but I am having a hard time.

Try sitting in the back &/or in the back side anywhere there are less people and you know you have easy access to the exit. I found this helped me. You can also stand back there. I don\'t know if your church pipes the sermon into the lobby but that might work too. They you can socialize outside if the weather permits which is most of the time where you live. Try some other ways to go yet still be on the outside edge where you feel comfortable. God will give you the strength to handle everything that comes up, just take a great big breath and go. Keep smiling to.

You\'re being too hard on yourself. Think about it this way- you were rarely leaving your house and you\'re no longer in that place. That\'s wonderful! Celebrate. Congratulate yourself. You deserve it. Throw a party. A very small one with few but lots of cake. lol

You\'re doing great.

Know exactly everything you are saying. You are too anxious to go but don\'t want to let down everyone. Catch 22 situation with no easy answer. Have been there many many times, and still am. Sorry I don\'t have an answer. Don\'t beat yourself up about it...you are doing so well. Take care lol Beth x
