Well it's been a week and day since I lost baby #2. You'd think that I would be doing better, but seem to be getting worse, mentally that is. I am having a hard time getting up in the morning. If I didn't have my Sammy I think I would never leave my bed. He makes things easier and harder at the same time. He is the light of my life and I couldn't love him any more than I all ready do, but it's hard to look at him and not wonder what baby #2 would have looked like, how they would have gotten along, stuff like that. I'm trying to stay positive and tell myself that we have another angel to watch over us, that there was just something not right about the new little one, that #2 will come when the time is right, but the depression sinks in and I cry. I'm not scared about trying again, because I know that the next time will be fine (at least that's what I keep telling myself). Right now it's hard for me to keep myself up for my hubby. He's taken this very hard. He wanted #2 so badly (actually he wanted a little girl). It's hard to see him so depressed when he's such a happy go lucky guy. Actually it's hard to see both of us like this. We are normally so happy and loving life. We try to make each other laugh and it works for a couple minutes, but then it hits us again. We'll get thru this, and we'll have our little girl. It might take us a little longer than we'd like, but I have to remember to have faith.
