Couldn't sleep last night so I go up early at 4:30am. It's cold out and I've been up for 1 1/2 hrs. I'm starting to get sleepy agian. I'll write more later today.
hope the roads are good today and that you have fun at the gym. don\'t over do it though. how is your arm you will have to be careful with it. hope you are having a good nap.
