a good day
Hello friends,
After a lousy few days I had a good day off. I did laundry and baked some lemon bars. First time I ever made them. they came out pretty good. I was concerned after I used an electric mixer when the recipe said to stir. I used powdered sugar on top. I put them in the fridge until Sat when I will take them to the pool opening party.
My housemate and I tried them, they came out rather good.
I have to go to work tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. I am hoping I can find a new job in the next few months. I am trying to plan to do something with my vacation days. Not sure what I'll do yet.
I'd like to find something that I enjoy instead of something I HAVE to do. :(
