Had my second round of vestibular therapy...Apparently, the evaluation of my dizziness tested positive on both right and left.  (which is not usually attibuted to MS) so some sort of inner ear something could be responsible.  The excercises suggested (that I have not done diligently...bad Rhonda) have given me a little more stablitiy...imagine if I did them the way I was suppose to....My therapist said it normaly takes two weeks for the dizziness to lessen noticably.  I'm just simply gonna have to dig in and do the exercises more diligently!  (That was a reference to a chant I used to yell at my son's track meets...."Dig!...Brian!  Dig!...)  Dig! Rhonda! Dig!  even at bed time!

Me too! DIG Rhonda! Just got back from my Yoga class and the balancing postures were just tragic! I\'ll be interested to see if this works for you & may look into it myself.

Oh, and by the way, I agree short skirt and the cane is surely a fashion don\'t ; )
