sleep
my sleep has been full of dreams keeping me awake as if i am looking at it outside of it. i don't know if that makes any sense.they adjusted my meds so i can get to sleep, so i wonder if i should go back to the previous amount and just wait for hours for sleep to come. i am going to talk to my therapist about the dreams. i don't have another appointment with my med manager till august 18 i think or sometime around there. he told me i can take 1-4 and i am using 3, was on 2 and couldn't sleep.can go back what would you do?
