hi again. as if i didn't have enough family issues on the table, i am planning on suing my son for the money he owes me for the car accident he caused and utah has the dumbest car crap in the world (?) did you know that here if you lend your car to someone and they wreck it, it goes on your insurance, i lost my good driving record and will be paying more for ins. taking three years to regain it..he had ins. but they dodn't use his..it goes against me. he texted me tonight and all of a sudden is offering to pay me tomorrow.what would you do?i think that i can clear up the dirty record if he has to pay all of it. the car he hit and everything.he has put me off for three months and his girlfriend (the one he lives with) got him 1,600 on computer games and a new ps3 and lets add plasma tv.?, so i don't know what he has been spending all of the money on that he could have paid me instead. would you go to court and try to fix the destruction he caused? the three months i have waited shows he has no resect for me.i might just teach him that he needs to take care of things he causes...Please help me with this one...k...jaime

I agree he should make it right. He has really screwed you up and if he doesn\'t, I would sue him. Son or not, he needs to take care of the problems he causes. Why is it every time we try to do something nice for someone it ends up backfiring? Oh well...it is why I can be pretty selfish sometimes. Take care and I hope you didn\'t hurt your hand too bad.
