hi to everyone...today has been another great day...i went for a walk with my bird again today. earlier i bumped into a nurse at walmart and she thought my hand was really red and swollen so i will watch it tonight and if it doesn't look any better in the morning i'll get it checked. i think it is because i use it more than i am supposed to but i bought peas to chill it (better than ice pack..cheaper). i dyed my hair tonight i am using a shade lighter each time to get it away from the dark color my son picked out for me awhile ago. i think it is acually getting lighter. so i have had very productive day. i hope that all of you have a good night.........

i dyed mine last week a light auburn.i have tons of gray since i was 13.good luck with your hand.
