hi, i did a stupid.. instead of sleeping in my recliner last night i decided to sleep in my bed.. put my arm up with pillows and iced it..when i woke up,all the pillows were on th floor in all directions,, my hand was stuck under me and i guess needless to say..it was just stupid..good way to hurt it...have a goodnight to all  jaime
