Day 1
As of 5:30pm today, I have been pull-free after a week of insane amounts of pulling. It's quite impressive (?) to see how much damage I managed to create in just these past seven days. I was thoroughly ashamed of myself and was floundering about despairingly in a pit of despair and self-hatred when I decided that I needed to actively commit to being pull-free and redouble my efforts to gain control over trich. Hence, this new goal and journal entry. And a haircut.
As part of my strategy, I PROMISE TO WRITE A JOURNAL ENTRY EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS WEEK in my pursuit of seven days pull-free. I also promise to wear a bandanna any time I'm in front of the computer when I'm at home. I promise to try to be kinder and more compassionate towards myself. I promise to reward myself with something REALLY NICE if I can make it through the week.
I know I can do this. I HAVE done it, many times in the past. I know I can do it again.
With my spinner ring, bandanna and TLC bracelet firmly in place, I re-begin this journey. I can I can I can.
