Well it is another morning. I am having more anxiety about having to fly to D.C. tomorrow. I am hoping I can struggle to get through this week and be done with it. I woke with severe pain in my neck and in my shoulder nothing new. It is called that aging thing. ha ha No really I know why I have it. I am gonna stay positive and keep trucking one foot and one day at a time.
