well today is another day. I am trying to get through my day without my anxiety flaring up full blown. THis issue was gone until I went back to work. I keep telling myself that this to shall pass, some days what a joke.

Dont\' you have any xanax, I know there are days when I take some , right now i\'m drinking a weak juicy tasting thing.
