Update

I have to say that I'm doing OK.although I am having a lot of strange dreams lately. If they were movies, some would be directed by Fellini...some by Woody Allen. I don't know if it's my conditions or my meds that is the source of it all but I have to say they are entertaining. I may cancel some of my cable programming. I can't remember them after awakening but then most shows aren't very memorable either. But enough of dreams, my reality is not too bad either. The heat wave has broken and the weather is great. I'm going to be able to include outdoor activities in my "busy" schedule. I may go to the zoo. It's still free and we have a pretty good one. Or I may go walk down by the river...or I may just walk around the neighborhood a bit. Decisions, decisions. In any event, it will be something active...but not too active. Use it or lose it I say. Although I don't have much use for the "No pain-no gain" approach. Through experience ,I've learned the benefit of moderation... and when something starts to hurt or strain, I take a break. It beats risking a trip to the ER. In the words of Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry " A man's got to know his limitations!" and I don't "feel lucky" in taking unnecessary risks. The world awaits with all it's chances for moderate excitement so I'll wrap things up. Be well,Tom

Hey Tom! So what did you end up doing? Moderation is key, you know. Too much or too little is no good! The dreaming can be drug related....ask your doctors at your next visit. Enjoy them in the meantime!

We went down by the river front in old town St.Charles. It was very nice and my wife and I had a pleasant stroll.
