2/27/2008Well, I went in and saw the pulmonologist today. I wound up coughing and was given another breathing treatment. (So much for the hoped for uneventful visit).  I was extended for another week on pred (Oh joy!) but I guess it can't be helped. She did change me from albuterol to xopenox (sp?) because I was real jittery and had an elevated pulse rate.  I get to have another followup visit in about 4 weeks. Maybe that one will be uneventful.Actually, I don't really feel too bad. Just shaky and reallll sensitive to triggers just now. The weather here in St.Charles isn't helping much. The temp isn't real cold (it's about 28) but the wind has been rough. A warmer front is supposed to be on the way. I'll send it a cab. So my recovery is still a work in progress. Oh well, I can wait.  I've got time.Hope everyone is doing great, (hey, if you're going to wish...wish big).Tom
