10/5/2007I guess this is a "poor me" sort of day. I am really dragged out. My mood is still good. It's just that I am feeling very tired. My chest was a bit tight so I took a nebulizer treatment and that helped some.I can't even enjoy my baseball playoffs. I can't keep focused.. ( maybe the games are dull?) My chest still seems tight. In a bit I'm going to have to use my nebulizer again and ,if that doesn't help, then I'll implement my action plan. Don't know what's going on today. I'm just bleahh! tom

Tom...what do you think triggered this???? Sounds like your albuterol treatments are keeping you from focusing...ya think? I hope you are feeling better today, my friend.

I think I may have overdone things and made myself more vulnerable. I feel better now. I needed to just veg for a bit.
