Well it's another scorcher around here. One more day stuck inside. It's not too much of a sacrifice this week because I'm still fighting a cold. Staying inside in the a/c until the heat breaks actually is appealing. I'm hoping that my energy will return when the heat departs.
Oh don't misunderstand me, I'm not in any danger. I just feel blah! I think that the only job I could hold down right now is to be an extra in a western. I could play one of the sleeping mexican town folk,taking a siesta, wrapped up in my poncho, with my sombrero pulled down low. Only problem with that is that someone would have to wake me when the scene was finished.
Other than ruminating on a new career,nothing much is going on. I think I'll practice for my role. So before I contact an agent and join the Screen Actor's Guild, I'll bid everyone a good day.
