8/17/2007the cooler weather arrived a day early. Good deal. It's probably all in my head, but I knew the temp had dropped because I was breathing better even inside. Which is odd because I was in an air conditioned environment. Oh well, whether real or imagined, it works for me.My PCP changed my BP med from altace to avapro. I'm to return in 2 weeks to check it's effectiveness.  Sounds like a reasonable approach. that's why I like my PCP , he is a smart,reasonable doctor who listens.  I guess I'm lucky in that regard. My ribs are still very sore but ,maybe if this new med helps eliminate the coughing, that will improve. One can only hope.Overall though, I'm breathing better and  feel all right. Life is good.Be well,tom
