7/14/2007Healthwise it's been a little like a rollercoaster around here. Somedays my energy is up sometimes down...sometimes both in the same day. I don't understand it. I have always been very consistent and reliable. Now,because of 1 ailment or another...not  so much. I guess I have to lower my expectations on what I can accomplish a little...but just a little.Maybe I'm feeling a little sluggish because I do have a small cold. Whatever the cause, it's darned inconvenient. I had big plans for today but had to quit shortly after I started.I guess it is a cold or URI because I feel lead like. I don't think I'll be doing much but sit for awhile.Any one need a 200 and plenty pound paperweight?Be well,tom
