6/14/2007the heat and humdity have returned with a vengeance. But I just figure that is why man invented air conditioning. I can't fool around much out side on days like today because I have a bit more of a problem breathing. It's not too bad though, I get more of a chance to read. tony Hillerman and John Grisham are currently my 2 favorite authors. I'm just finishing up Hillerman's "Skeleton Man" and I enjoy the ongoing exploits of Hillerman's characters. I guess it's similar to you ladies keeping up with your stories. Anyway I'm caught up in the adventures of Jim Chee, Joe Leaphorn, Bernie Manuelito and the other characters in Hillerman's books.It's been kind of a lazy day and I'm enjoying it. Be well,tom

I LOVE Tony Hillerman and I like John Grisham.I used to be a voracious reader, but I don\'t much anymore. I don\'t do a lot of the things I used to love. That\'s symtomatic of my illnesses and the drugs I take to control them.
Have you tried books on tape or cd? you might be able to get them at your local library. they are great when you are on a long trip. When we drive to our vacation sites I always take a few along. the best part is that they\'re FREE!
