6/11/2007Everyone seems upset today. the much ballyhooed Sopranos finale came and went , not with a bang but just a blank screen. Now all I hear about is how the show lacked "closure" and how disappointed people are in the non-ending. I guess I too would have been upset IF I had watched it. Somehow, sensing the great letdown to come, my oldest son saved me from all of that with one quick stroke. While he was out trimming the shrubs behind the house yesterday he  "accidentally" cut the cable line. (He claims to have no psychic power as regards television... but I wonder?!! It's all a little convenient if you ask me! )So I wound up being one of the few people in North America who did not see the biggest final episode of a series since we all wondered "Who shot J.R.?". While I'm glad that I did not miss much, I can't help but think that HBO and David Chase knew that I would be unavailable to view the finale so did not expend their best effort on it. Sorry America...I'll safeguard my cable wire better next time.As for the Sopranos....fuggedaboutit!!!Waiting for the cable guy,tom

I love The Sopranos but I only see in reruns on A&E. You should have Andrew trimming your hedges. The lines sag and are held up with electrical tape but they still work.
