6/10/2007It's a gray day around here today. On the plus side, the temperature is way down. that means that breathing is much easier because there is no heat inversion and bad air days to deal with. Good, good, good.In fact I'm breathing so well that I'm rapidly approaching "denial land" again. this journal is handy on these days so that I can read the entries from the days when I felt bad. It might keep me from doing something too silly. (But I make no promises. I do a lot of things that seem like a good idea at the time. Pain definitely is a short term memory thing.)time to get on with my day while I still feel this good.  Be well,tom
