Well, I was able to get a little sleep so that's good. After my last entry yesterday I just started feeling steadily worse. Rapid breathing, soreness, fatigue and feeling like crap overall hit me hard by the end of the night.

I just woke up and I don't feel as bad so far. Just very sore. I don't think I'll have much problem with my grounding today. I'm not feeling real peppy. I'm supposed to see the doc tomorrow. Maybe he'll have some answers for me.
Or maybe I'll be feeling so much better I'll forget to ask. (I just can't keep my optimism down long too long)
I hope today goes well. I'm one sore puppy.

At least you were able to get some sleep. I\'ve never known anyone so affected by their asthma. I hope you feel better soonest.

I don\'t know about that. When I look over some of the things other people on this site have gone through with asthma I think I\'m blessed. At least I don\'t seem top have any permanent damage from it. But when it gets going, look out. I just can\'t seem to have a \"mild\" attack. It\'s always all or nothing. (No half steps for this guy!)
I am still trying to get a handle on it but I think that won\'t happen so long as I work where I do. All the constant stress and trigger exposure is doing me in I fear. It\'s \"ER here I come\".
I like my job but a hard decision may be in my future.

As always,you\'re a good friend.

Be well,
tom
