I guess I have good news. My pulmonary doctor completed my family leave papers for my job. this should keep my job off my back about absenteeism due to illness. It should relieve some of my stress.

I have to admit, though, that this also saddened me a little. Seeing the words "chronic illness" made it final. I don't know what I had hoped for and I thought I was over my denial phase, but seeing it in writing made it more,...official.

But you can't keep a good man down. I'm OK most of the time and that's not bad.
Back to work tonight. We'll see how it goes.

Be well,
tom

Chronic is my middle name, so it doesn\'t bother me much. I can see how it wouuld affect you though. You\'re still active and realively healthy so you\'re still in good shape.

yeah, Im a pretty impatient patient. I haven\'t really had to deal with health issues that I wasn\'t able to handle before.
I know that I\'ve been lucky for 50 plus years but I\'m greedy. I was holding out for 80 or 90 trouble free years. Oh well, time for plan B.
I like to take the approach of Ron Popeil and his rotisserie oven. \"Set it and forget it.\"(Where do I get these obscure references? Way too much tv)
Oh well, we men love a challenge. Now where\'s my tools?
