Another month has gone by. February and March have been a blur. As the month wraps up, I must say that I seem to be doing better healthwise.

I have had a couple of instances of light headedness but other than that I feel OK. I might need to have my BP medications checked. We'll see.
As for asthma, I find if I'm careful it
is not a problem. (Of course who can be careful all the time. Just when I think I have it whipped I'll lose my temper or laugh too hard or someone uses a heavy perfume or I'll overexert myself and here I go again)

My stupid cat had the fritzes this morning. Cat owners know that this is when the cat runs around in a frenzy and has this wild look in their eyes for no apparent reason. then when I had a seat she stalked my dangling hand for a while. I don't know what causes it but it's the only exerecise she gets between her 20 naps a day. Hard life!

All in all, today was uneventful.(Although that didn't stop me from writing a whole page about it) I guess I'll turn in. We vampires wither in the light of day. Ain't midnight shifts grand?

Bedtime. For you day creatures enjoy the sun. We nightworkers have your back. Be well.

Isn\'t it amazing how time flies by, the more so as one ages. I wasn\'t really a cat person until my son gave us Phoebe, so I guess all cats are as crazy as she is. I was afraid I was the only one with a cat that had fritzes.
