Good day today. A little overcast but not bad. I'm feeling all right myself.
Maybe I'll go for a walk. Work on my stamina.
I still hate being sick. I'm too big to be frail. G.Gordon Liddy may be a nut case but, as he said in the title of his book, "Will".
Enough of that. It makes me sound like a Marine recruiter and lately I don't feel all that tough.
Most of you have had far greater health issues to deal with than I have. What issues I have had I was able to make a non-issue or at least get it under control.High blood pressure? tweak the meds. Diabetes? Change my diet and drop some weight. I've been lucky.
Now asthma? Well so far I must admit it has kicked my butt. But I'm basically an optimist and I do believe I'm going to get a handle on this too.
Now it's time for that walk. Small steps.

Hey Tom--you want steps?(haha)I got steps! Long, short, tall, shallow, cement, wood, and brick.
My grandson is about 5\' 8\" and weighs in at 210lbs. and asthma kicks his butt. He\'s a big young hulk and he never goes anywhere without his inhaler. It\'s not something to take lightly.
Unique,you can keep those 59 steps. As the old saying goes I might like ice cream but I don\'t want a gallon of it. When I have to go anywhere I just go from the kitchen into the garage. there are some advantages to subdivion living.
Heck, my wife is thinking that we should sell our house which is a 2 story and buy an atrium ranch. She says it\'s for her knees which is true
but I also suspect that she wants another house to decorate.
As for asthma, I\'ve learned the hard way to keep my inhaler in my pocket too. Last November I had an attack and the inhaler was in my brief case. By the time someone retrieved it for me 911 had been called and I got a nice ride to the ER. I don\'t know if the inhaler being available earlier would have headed off the attack but it might have.
Nick is a hulk. I\'m a bit larger. 5\'11\" 265. It\'s funny you call him a young hulk. that was the nickname the inmates tagged me with way back in the 80\'s.So tell Nick I said HI from one wheezy hulk to another.
