I went to the pulmonary doctor today. Upshot is that they want to do more extensive testing for allergies. My nurse practitioner there said that I was a "mess". Not particularly reassuring. One good thing though is that they were very encouraged that I seemed much less sensitive to triggers. I did not get the reduction of medication that I had hoped for because they did not want to risk a setback yet.

I am still feeling pretty good. Just the same old problems of lack of stamina and sore rib muscles and chest.

Oh well, now I get to make an appointment with an allergist and my pulmonologist is going to schedule me for the barium test he had spoken to me about before.

My life seems to revolve around doctors!
But I have to admit that I'm much better than I was a month or so ago. I guess they do know what they're doing. I will continue to be a good patient. I return to the pulmonary doctor in 4 months. Each visit is a little further apart so I guess I must be doing better.

Hope everyone is doing as well as I feel.

Be well,
Tom

p.s.
BTW my sons moved the furniture I was concerned about. Hooray for the home team.
