I have calmed down completely. At this stage of the game being angry harms me much more than it used to. I have enough things that trigger asthma attacks. I don't need to add to it.
Busy day ahead. I have to renew my car's license plate, get a hair cut and get an estimate for the insurance company at the auto body shop. Sigh.
Makes me tired just looking at the list.
Oh well, the first step is the hardest.
Be well,
tom
Note to self: try not to crash into anyone today.

Bad luck at the license bureau. Since it was the last day of the month it was jammed. The long line snaked back and forth between rope barriers in front of the ccounter. This allowed them to pack a lot of people in a very small area.
As I stood in line I became very uncomfortable. All those people and their fragrances. By the time I reached the counter I was starting to have an attack. The clerk wanted to call for an ambulance but I said no.
All the people then began crowding around me and that just made things worse. I signed my paperwork as best I could, laid the check on the counter and went OUTSIDE.
After using my inhaler and just relaxing in my car with the window down for about 20 minutes I was finally back to normal. I must commend the license bureau ,though, because one lady came out frequently to check on me which was very kind.
No putting things off to the last minute anymore for me.
Be well,
Tom
