Work is still a little bit of a struggle. I just got off and it was rough. Busy...busy...busy. I again got exposed to a heavy dose of an aerosol cleaner/air freshener which complicated matters. I had to go outside for air and used my inhaler a lot before I was able to go back in.
I was able to finish my shift and, so far, have not required a trip to the ER like the last time this happened. If things don't get any worse I may luck out. Bad thing about this though is that I remain hyperreactive to irritants for quite a while after a serious exposure. I may be in for a bad week or two. I'll have to be extra careful.
Oh well, two steps forward, one step back. But that is still progress.
I hope everyone has a great day.
Be well,
tom

I seem to have lucked out. Everything is under control on the asthma front. I will remind my shift about telling me if they use cleaners or other irritants in their area. I know it is my problem and not theirs but I do need their help. All of them have been very good about it but occasionally some one forgets.
No walking today. I\'m a little tired after last night.
