Went to my doctors this morning, I cant say just how lucky I have been to have found his practice, apart from being an incredibly intelligent man, he has a great deal of life experience and compassion. I think one of the main reasons he has given me so much time and support, is because he himself is a sufferer of CFS. He had it from the age of 19, and dedicated his life to trying to explore medical ways of treating it.
I have got some stronger anti candida meds, as this bout is proven to be tougher than previous experiences, hopefully I will have some more energy in the coming weeks.
I was really excited today, my one and only living Icon, Noel Gallagher has announced he is coming to Australia, this man's music has given me so much comfort over the past few years, Id hate to think of life without it, now I will see him first hand :) I really hope im well enough to go, as he is headlining a massive festival down here, I must admit having things to look forward to makes dealing with this illness much easier.
This feeling of relief I have had the past few days is certainly enjoyable, I really feel like I am walking naked down the street, and instead of running and hiding, I think "well, Im now Im out here, I might aswell take my time, have a look around and enjoy the view :)" haha.
Truly letting go is amazing. :)
