i want to cut. i want to die. i want the flashbacks and pain to go away. talking about it to tracy only made me worse. :( i should be in the hospital. why didint i let ron do it today? then i wouldnt be back in this rut
I don\'t understand. I mean, I understand your emotions, but what did he do? I need to know more about where you are. One thing is for sure, cutting will not help. Perhaps temorarily, but you will have the same pain in the long run, only with cuts too, and a nasty itch when they start to heal, and scars that you will regret. Talk to me.
I know the urge to cut is one that\'s hard to ignore... Please, when you get so down and you just want to give in to those destructive ways, find someone to be with you, to help you through it. I know the flashbacks are hard to deal with. Just know that when you\'re having a flashback that it isn\'t happening at that time. Stay strong hun and don\'t be afraid to ask someone to talk/be with you. I don\'t know who ron is...or what \"it\" is... but if it sets this kind of a response from you maybe you should wait until you can handle things easier...
