I have to keep thinking positive but I see howthis depression has affected Autumn, always blaming herself for everything and feeling like no one likes her.the journey just gets more challenging as I am expected to keep my emotions and addictions in check while i deal with the vulnerablity of my children and how jack has to scramble to keep everything going.
