Had everything moved in John's room but just dusted and cleaned it. Too much clutter, but I organized everything. still feeling blue and angry, but sylvia says look at all the good things he does. plus getting anyone involved to help is my own codependency. i am so tired today, so I knew this day, the down day, was coming this week anyway.
