We have add a new member to our family an 8 week old shih tzu his name is fluffy lee he is very shy and a little lazy but he is the cutest thing.Adrianna is really not sure of him yet she thought that he was a toy until he started moving and them she started running from him he every where Adri goes fluffy is right behind her it is really so cute he has no idea that Adri is running from him so he just tags along right behind My blood pressure is doing much better I found out last week that my vitamin D levels are very low and my folic acid levels were a 0 and my omega 3 protein levels were a little higher then my doctor would like to see so I have a new heep load of meds to take but the dieting is going really great I have lost six pounds and and I go for another appointment friday so I'm hoping that I will be down at least one more pound and this week i can start walking at least 30 min a day three days a week my doc wanted me to hold off on joining a gym to she runs a few more test.
