I know why my head was hurting last night I have a really bad cold my throat is killing me it's funny when ever I get a cold it start off with a really bad headache now that I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding anymore I can take something for it and clear it up fast I'm off to take me some meds and give Adri her bubble bath that mommie and baby time and then I'm turning in for the night I really didn't do good with my new goal today I only eat breakfast and I didn't work out all all but I will do better when I get over this cold

Don\'t worry about exercising get over your cold first. Yeah rub it in that you can take something. My throat has been hurting and now my nose is stuffy too. UGH!! BTW thanks for your sweet support on my journals. I am feeling better and am hoping for the best but I\'m going to try and take your advise and leave it in God\'s hands. Whatever happens I will be ok and will try again if it does not work out. In the meantime I am trying to get myself an appointment with a MFM doctor to see if maybe they have some insight for me.
