I had an appointment today and it was not all that hot my blood pressure is really high so high that my doctor wants to see me Thursday morning to check it again and if it has not gone down then I will be on meds for the rest of this pregnanacy and she also so let me know that if I have to go on the meds that I will be seeing a lot more of her everything was going  great so I was hoping that I would get to see her every four weeks instead of every two weeks and my head has been killing me but with the last pregnancy I had headaches and the told me that it was from the extra hormones in my body but she told me that for the next two days I have to relax what see really said was (sit your butt down) I was shocked but it was really funny when she said it so that is what I will be doing sitting my butt down I think that I may have to stop working sooner then what I thought I love my daycare but I think it may be to much for me to handle and I have to put my health and this baby's health first we are number one right now so I think I may start looking for some more help until after the baby is born but on a good note I have to  call  tuesday and make an appointment to have another ultrasound done I can't wait it will more than likely be thursday or friday and I'll be ten weeks and I can't wait to see what my baby looks like I also had another hormone level test done today and I will find that out on thursday when I go in and if everything is okay then I'm done with those test I hate getting stuck and I hate having to see the doctor so much but I love the fact that I having all of this done because it is helping me get my baby here safe a sound and I'm almost to the 12 weeks mark I can't wait my husband and I said that we are not telling are familys about the baby until August 31 I will be 16 weeks and off of the metformin and the risk of another miscarriage will be super low it was really hard on our family when we lost the last baby so we can't put them throught that again there are a few people that know but not very many my twin is one of them but our parents do not know I have been having a great time with my sister and my two nieces and my nephew I have been spoiling them rotten buying them all kinds of things toys foods what ever they want today my sister told me that if me or my husband give them anything else to eat today that when they started throwing up she was going to send them straight to us lol they are going to Atlanta GA tonight for four days and I'm going to miss them so much but when they get back we have a date at chuckie chesses so that they can play all the game that they want and eat pizza until they are sick my sister said you are making them rotten and I said to her that is my job you guys live so far away I get to do this once a year and I will not see them for two years after this visit so I have to make up for the whole year I missed and the next two year that's a lot of spoiling to do  in 21 days !!!!!!!!!
