today is my mother in laws birthday so I went out with my husband during lunch to pick her out something nice it was really nice and we had a great time the sickness I was feeling has passed every now and again I will feel a little sick and as fast as it came then it is gone but the tired feeling is still there I feel so ran down after all my kids leave I fall right to sleep I hae been so sleepy that most of the night I have not been fixing dinner my husband has and when I get in the bed sometimes I can't remember when my head hits the pillow that is how fast I fall asleep it took me a while to calm down from yesturday but I have so I will just wait until the second I hope the time moves fast and I can't wait to start my vacation so I have my prenantal visit on the same day I start my vacation I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!
