Well, I have had a few okay days. I still just sit in my house or my prison doing nothing.  I get anxiety when I go out.  I cannot live like this forever. I want my meds to work. I am just rambling now it seems all I can do is complain. I just have no purpose anymore.smiley-cry.gif

Hey there! You\'re really there!!! That\'s great. I\'ve been very worried. You must be feeling better if you journalled. A few ok days are a start, give yourself time, be patient with yourself. You are comming along, baby steps first, you\'ll be back out there soon enough. Don\'t feel you have to rush. You still have purpose, your purpose is to be you. And that is what\'s most important. you aren\'t being judged by what you do or don\'t do. Just heal. Blessings xoxo Breana

We\'ve all been there, Sanman, hopeless, I mean. When I\'m down, I can\'t remember ever feeling any other way, can\'t imagine ever feeling any other way in the future; logic doesn\'t apply--that\'s just where I am right then. But one great thing about this insufferable disorder is that the bad never is permanent. It ALWAYS goes away! Just be patient and journal your thoughts. That forces you to put them in order rather than letting them just whirl around in your head getting more menacing because they are undefined. The sentences don\'t even have to make sense. Just get the feelings on paper or the computer screen. You are not alone. Never, never, never, never give up.
