2011 Growing Into a Big Year

I write this not out of anger, bitterness, or sadness.  I've sure learned my lessons throughout the years.  God has blessed me with visiting Peru three times on short-term missions trips.  This year was supposed to be the fourth one, but He has something else in mind for me.  It still involves Peru, but this will be different.  More on that later as this develops.  All I know is that God is with it and is placing this on my heart more than ever.
Other than that, as I posted last time, nothing much has changed concerning my plans from my last journal entry.  I'm maturing, but troubling is that I'm seeing other Christians witness and testimonies being choked out by this world and worries.  Heck, some of them seem to be either not enough or overly involved with politics.  It's troubling to me because I'm watching the love professing Christians supposed to have, seemingly grow cold.  Anybody remember what Christ said in Matthew 24:12--"Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of many will grow cold".  As the lost become more wicked in their ways, the saved seem to be drawing away and not reaching out.
Well, enough of that.  I had to unload and I did it here.  The Lord has laid my ministry in my heart and personally, I know my purpose.  That's what keeps me going and knowing that God's love surpasses all things.
