Jan 8 2007 I have day's lately alot when I dontknow if I'm comming or going i keep hitting deadends when it comes to my son and getting him diagnosed correctly but that is not going my way the Neurologist and the Pshychitrist dissagree on whether my son is Autistic Spectrum Disorder Aspbergers onother Dr. in Cal. said that my son had Lennox Gastdout Syndrom a form a of Epilepsy which is mis diagnosed by most Dr.s basically child are born with no evidence that something is wrong or that something is going to be wrong, it shows up at about 2 to 2.5 years of age and they start haveing bad terrible 2's and then it gets worse and then is ok then it's back to geing bad again and the they start to fall asleep in the middle of the day and and dont understand learning reading and then at bout 7.5 years of age they have a seizure Grand Mull, my child had 2 of them 1 week apart and thats when they decided to doan eeg to check his brain and they could not find him in the test it was like his brain would not slow down and it was misfiring the Dr. was suprized that my son walked in and swhowed no visable signs of anything wrong, their is very little on Lennox and as for getting the right medical help I don't know what I'm going to do my child is on dissability and the state ins. wont let me take to another Dr. for another opinion, so I'm very frustrated with the medical and education system here in AZ. I'm planning on moving to Grand Island NY, I understand that NY has a realy great Education System and they do Except Aspbergers not just Autisim. my child is very bright and smart and Intelligent, just that alot of what goes in the brain comes out in the wrong order which has to do with his Epilepsy. He want's to be a scientist and help people like my Fiancee who has Cystic Fibrosis which is another story for another time. good nite :)
