Well it's a little after 3 weeks out of my surgery. I am doing extremely well. I still have some difficulties going to the bathroom but i had major internal problems. Would it be wrong to say most things are running along smoothly??I went back to work after the 3rd week. I recommend at least 3 weeks off if you are going to have a hemrroidectomy
