The embryo transfer went just fine.  The highlights: 1. Doc asked us at the last minute if we wanted 2 or 3 embryos.  I thought it was settled!  How could he ask me while I was on Valium?  We opted for 2 embryos, which we thought we had decided long ago.2. Before the procedure, but after taking the valium and drinking 64 ounces of water, I threw up on the way to the bathroom in the doctor's office.  Fortuntately, it was the cleanest vomit there ever was.  The nurse told me that it has happened before and will happen again.  The super-emotive doctor, who might have gotten splashed just a little, didn't turn around; he just said, "Put her on an IV."  This has been a great run of public crying and now public vomiting.3. I gave DH strict instructions to get everything he could on camera.  He took a picture after the doctor said he could take one of him later.  Kamikazi photography.  I was so proud.  The only person really into our picture-taking was the embryologist, who took the camera back to the lab and took pictures of our embryos' home away from home: the plastic container and the incubator cabinet.4. Since then, I've been sleeping nonstop.  James said that was understandable: I was sleeping for three.  Each of us gets eight hours, so that puts me in bed pretty much all the time.  When I announced just now that I was going to go take a nap, he told me, "Okay.  I'll wake you up when it's time to go to bed."I'm posting more pictures on my site.  Sweet little embryos.  I hope they're okay!
