20 weeks

Once again I've gone awhile without being on here.  Life seems to be moving in fast forward lately (and I'm ok with that!)  First I graduated from nursing school last weekend (woohoo!!!) and now I'm trying to get all of my applications in to take the boards ASAP.  We are 20 weeks 2 days and I can barely go an hour without peeing so I can't imagine waiting much longer to take this potentially 6 hour exam!  Fingers crossed that I pass the first time around so I don't have anything else to add to all of my worries!
Now on to baby news, we had our anatomy scan a week and a half ago and found out that baby A is a girl (well we are 90% sure) and baby B is the boy we knew that we were having!  Both babies are growing as they should and seem to be doing well.  We have to go back in a week because baby A was sleeping and a bit shy so some pics were hard to get and since she has a choroid plexus cyst in her brain they want to double check all of her anatomy.  All of our chromosomal testing had come back normal and we had a 1 in 50,000 chance of any chromosomal abnormalities so our doctors feel that the cyst is benign and that we shouldn't worry (but really how do you not worry about a cyst in your child's brain?)
I have now felt both babies kick when my hands have been on my belly!  Such a surreal feeling!  I can't wait for DH to feel it!  We are having a tough time picking out names, it is such a responsibility, that is the name that they will have for at least the next 18 years and we just want them to love it.  My back is already hurting everyday.  I can make it about halfway through the day without having to lay down for awhile to help make it through the rest of the day.  I didn't realize that the back pain would start so soon but our OB says it is because my frame is small and I'm trying to balance the bump.  Baby A is sitting so low that I can't imagine "dropping" any lower next trimester!
I wish that I could say that I am past the worry stage of the pregnancy, but I don't think I ever will be.  Our history is just to scary and I have seen too many heartbreaks on here to think that it is ever ok to just sit back and relax.  My heart goes out to all of you that have had loss (past and recently). I pray for all of us on here to have happiness in one way or another.  The one thing this pregnancy has helped me do is not stress about the small things.  I seem to have calmed down in so many other aspects of my life and I am so grateful for that.  Every night I thank our little angel up in heaven for looking over these two babies and for helping to give us hope.
Tomorrow we are going to look at cribs, dressers and registry stuff.  We have not bought one thing yet (our families have, but I guess we just get nervous when it comes to buying stuff.) So I'm excited to start picking out nursery themes!
