20 Days Smoke-free 8-17-10
Good day so far, went to pilates at 9 am, then did yoga at 10:15 am, I love to keep busy it makes me not think of smoking. I haven't really thought of smoking lately which is such a blessing from God. I am soooo grateful not to be hostage to addiction anymore. I have struggled with so much addiction through my life. I am happy that I am doing good healthy things these day, one day at a time. I also went to an AA meeting at noon. Had a good healthy lunch too. I struggle with food problems too. But my food issues have gotten better, I don't over eat anymore! Life is getting better, but everyday is a new experience.
