2 more funerals to do this week
I got 2 phone calls today. One early this morning, a dear friend of my sister passed away this morning. Her husband called me and asked if I would do the funeral. 2 hours later, a funeral home 6 miles from where I lived called and asked me to do a funeral for a lady I knew years ago. One funeral is Thursday at 1 pm and the other one is Friday at 2 pm. I believe these are the 27th and 28th funerals, I've done this year and the 5th one in the past 23 days. God's strength and His Grace keeps me available for those who need me and, His Holy Spirit is ever with me.

i HAVE NEVER KNOWN A PASTOR PERSONALLY LIKE THIS BEFORE. THE CHURCH I USE TO ATTEND HAD 5 PASTORS FOR A CONGREGATION OF 2500 AND THEN THE ELDERS. EACH OF US WAS UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE PASTOR OF THE DISTRICT OR ZIP CODE WE LIVED IN. YOU WERE NEVER ABLE TO TALK TO ANY OF THE PASTORS BECAUSE YOU HAD TO FOLLOW THE CHAIN OF COMMAND, FIRST THE LAY PEOPLE, THEN THE ELDERS BUT YOU NEVER COULD ACTUALLY TALK TO THE PASTORS OR THE HEAD PASTOR OF THE CHURCH. IT OFTEN BOTHERED ME THAT I NEVER REALLY KNEW THE LEAD PASTOR OF THE CHURCH OTHER THAN THROUGH HIS SERMONS . THE CHURCH GREW TO 5000 AND THEY BUILT A SANCTUARY TO ACCOMIDATE ALL OF US. LATER THE PASTOR LEFT AND THE CHURCH FELL APART. I NO LONGER ATTEND THERE BECAUSE IT IS JUST NOT RIGHT IN MY SPIRIT. THEY ARE NOT DOING THINGS SCRIPTURALLY ANY LONGER. MUCH COMPROMISE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
TO HEAR HOW VERY BUSY YOU ARE AS A PASTOR, YET YOU ALWAYS SEEM TO MINISTER TO WHOMEVER, WHEREVER YOU DO NOT LIMIT YOURSELF EVEN TO YOUR OWN CONGREGATION.
I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM YOU PEEWEE AND YOUR LOVE FOR ALL. I AM TRULY BLESSED IN KNOWING YOU. I PRAISE GOD THAT HE LED ME TO YOU ! THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. HUGS, CONNIE

Gosh.......... Bless your Heart........ so many funerals...... but it\'s a testament of what a blessing you are to so many and how God is using you. You are such a blessing in MY LIFE.......... praying for you and thinking of you always.
