2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

I made this last night and it is very yummy.   I think next time I make it I might add some chocolate powder. (I don't like coconut so I didn't use it) I froze what I had left over and it was yummy the next day. 


2-Incredient Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream


2 medium bananas, peeled, halved and frozen


1/4 cup of natural peanut butter


Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish 


Directions


Step 1


Place bananas and peanut butter in a food processor. Pulse and process until mostly smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Garnish with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
