2 Day

Boy is this a werid title fo a journal but this is a good way 2 express yourself. This is going 2ba good day 4me. This is not so easy because it appears that I just want 2 hide. The running has got 2 stop. Be careful that you do not roll around in the fragrance of SELF. Thinking that everthing was good then you can throw away all the tokens of ITS ME.' Just do not accept the gift of SELF PITY. Remember in my last journal I was on cloud 9 as they say. Feeling good and just getting myself ready because 2day was a good day.Feeling like the glue that sticks the projects 2gether I wanted 2 get myself all in.I wanted 2  stay feeling good all the time.DONT WE ALL WISH 4 THAT.Guess what LOUSY REARED ITS UGLY HEAD.My head in the clouds was now the pill that must be swallowed.Every day that I was feeling good was a PLUS 4 ME. Nfact we all like 2 feel good. Was trying 2 figure out why my head was doing a loopy dip around my body. LOUSY had  realed its ugly head and  trouble was following me everwhere. 2DAY was 2B  the day that I got rid of all the excess baggage. WE ALL HAVE THIS. So 2DAY after getting my doctor appt. changed I new I WAS N CONTROL.HA HA HA. The JOKE IS ON ME.Boy does that stink. NOT ONLY WAS I NOT FEELING RIGHT BUT THE LASHING OUT HAD RETURNED. THE  TIME TO FIGHT WAS NOW AGAIN. THE PLAN OF ACTION WAS UP MY MEDS 40 mg daily.UP IT UP IT.  2DAY I KNEW THAT I MUST WIN THIS BATTLE.  I HAVE TO SHOW D.S.' THAT I AM SPECIAL and SO ARE YOU. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP. Knowing about the ins and outs of meds is still a mystery. My 2DAY had arrived and I WAS NOT GOING TO MESS UP.MY wanting to win was something that I had said before.Remember this take your meds as it was told you. The fact that it was increased and get this CYNBALTA also is used for other things. That blew my mind. Migrenes, Arth.and a few others.So upping my meds I am sure is a good thing but I have to be more understanding. I WILL DO IT. NOT ONLY 2DAY but UNTIL I SEE A CHANGE.
