Just trying to figure out if the abilify is helping or not? On my 2nd week. I can't sleep...maybe 3 hrs per night. Sucks!
I don't know much...I do know the DS is going to make me an excellent typist. LOL! Just wish it had spell check...and another LOL! High Mood!
Time changed tonight so an extra hour to be awake...LOL I'm just cracking myself up! Have a feeling I'll be up for awhile. I should be writing something about me in my profile. Instead of thinking. ..........memory lost. O I know...this does help with my racing thoughts in a way...at least im not laying in bed with mythoughts circling around. okay motivation. gonna start on my profile...hopefully finish it :)
