I have an appt today with my ID Doc.  I made the appt with the idea that MAYBE my boyfriend would take off work an hour early and go with me, like I do for all his appts.  However, he isn't.  I have mentioned it many times. I wrote it on the calendar. I guess I need to realize that he isn't going to be there for me thru this.  He has gone to one appt (the second one).  He was with me when I found out I was HIV positive.  We have gotten thru a lot emotionally so far with all this.... but I think that he won't be there for me the way I would like him to be. 
I guess that I just need to do this alone and get used to that.
