Feel better today, its so weird how everyday is different. Definately I don't feel like I have the energy I used to have to exercise everyday. Maybe that will come back again, I hope.
My son stayed home from school today, he had some stomach problems. I think he feels better now.
I had 2 therapy appointments. I took my son to the afternoon appointment. I got a lot accomplished in my therapy appointment!! There's a girl I have been friends with since my drinking days and I was still friends with her even though its been hard for her to put many days together free from the use of pills or alcohol. Well, I probably should have ended this friendship along time ago since I am trying to be healthly and positive, but I have a lot of trouble ending relationships even ones that are bad for me or my son. It's crazy but one night this girl was at my house and she started accusing my son of stealing her pills. I made her leave my house. Recently it just got worse cause I was in the same room and she tried to rub lotion on my son's legs and arm's and I made her leave. I was shocked by her behavior and I backed away from her. But recently she has been calling me a lot and coming over unannounced. I talked to my therapist about how much my son hates her and how I need her out of my life for good. I am kinda scared of her just cause I don't think she deals with rejection very well. I am sure we will be okay. I just worry.
Today in my therapist office she had me leave this girl a message on her phone just stating how we can't be friends anymore. Some things you do really upset Sam and I . Please don't come to my house unannounced.
I feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders in a lot of ways. I am trying to get better everyday. I need to try to surround myself with healthy like-minded people. Next Wednesday, Feb 9th, I will have 2 years of continuous sobriety. I am proud of myself!!

Well done, you!!! You SHOULD be proud of yourself!!!
And good job on leaving that message for your \'friend.\' It IS difficult to end certain kinds of relationships. I hope that she just fades away into the background and you don\'t have to have any further contact with her about this.
It sounds like you\'re doing a very good job with your life!!! I hope you\'re very happy!!!!! (((((Hugs)))))
Brilliant! You have done the absolute right thing. I\'m impressed!
Btw, congrats on your sobriety. You go girl!
