Well I got pre-approved for the mortgage, not sure if I posted that in my last journal.  But good news so far is I found a condo and made an offer and the seller counter offered for 6k more, but I'm going to accept because its still within my price range and the condo is in a really nice area that if the market turns I could make a nice profit someday.  Plus I'd never be able to afford it if the market turns, so its now or never!  :)
Fingers crossed it works out, just need QL to be on board and I'm good!  Other than that life is good!  Things are going great with Jenna too.  I've just been a little tired lately, just stressing a bit over the condo and some other stuff, but I think I just need to sleep a bit more and exercise more!  :)
